Returns

The short version

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, on unworn pieces in original packaging. The customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

We do not offer exchanges. If the size or color isn’t right, return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Why it’s structured this way

Jewelry is intimate. Once a piece has been on someone’s finger, wrist, or neck — even for a few minutes — it picks up oils, micro-scratches, and skin contact that we can’t undo. We can’t resell a worn piece to another customer at full price. The 14-day unworn window is how nearly every independent men’s jewelry brand at this tier handles it. We’re not different.

To start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a return shipping address within one business day. Pieces shipped without authorization may not be processed.

What’s not eligible

• Pieces that have been worn (any wear — even briefly)
• Pieces returned without the original pouch and packaging
• Pieces returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Custom orders, sale items, and personalized pieces
• Care kits and gift cards

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, email us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll cover the return shipping and the replacement.

International returns

We work with international customers case-by-case. Email us before shipping anything back internationally — return shipping costs and customs treatment vary significantly by country, and we want to make sure your return is processed correctly without unnecessary fees.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we issue the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to display the refund depending on their processing schedule.

Original shipping charges

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. (US orders ship free, so this only applies to international orders or any future express-shipping selections.)
